I've always wanted to do night photography just like the ones in post cards & posters in travel agencies.

So I spent my Easter Sunday and several nights photowalking along PICC to Luneta. And even with a tripod, it wasn't easy. But its all part of the learning process.

Night photos are much more difficult to take. Still need lots of practice. So this is going to mean a lot of busy nights for me.

I spent my Black Saturday afternoon here in Harbour Square with friends relaxing while waiting to take pictures of the sunset. There's also a very nice view of Baywalk & Roxas Blvd. And lots of nice places to dine in.

Here are flower pictures from various photowalks I had in the past 4 months while practicing the Macro & Super Macro functions.

Paco Park was originally part of my "Bisita Iglesia". But much to the surprise of everyone who had similar plans that day, the church was close. So what do I do, I start shooting again. Paco Park actually was one of the many places I planned to visit since getting a digicam.

Once Manila’s municipal cemetery during the Spanish colonial period had become a recreational garden and popular venue for weddings and receptions for couples who prefer a garden-like settings.
April 5, Thursday. The start of the 5 day vacation for me. Normally I would just stay in bed and watch my DVDs. Not this year. This is going to be a photowalking marathon.

So what is Bisita Iglesia? “Bisita Iglesia is a Filipino tradition that is believed to be a form of penitence during the Lenten season. In this tradition, you will be traveling (on foot) to at least 7 churches and pray solemnly each station between churches.”
